What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?

This is negotiable

Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?

No but if you prefer to get advice on your transaction, you may hire one

How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?

My marketing plan will be tailor made specifically for your property. I will highlight your property PROs for the buyer that is looking to make it their home. I will use the Multiple Listing Service for all Realtors on the island to view by using professional photos, visual tours and drones.
