Cherrieann Diaz is a veteran of the United States Army, serving over 8 years of Honorable service to our country. She is a graduate of Mckendree University and majored in Business Administration. Cherrieann Diaz joined the Century 21 All Islands Fine Homes and Estates Brokerage in 2006 and was a top producer that achieved Century 21 Centurion Top Producer Award three times. Cherrieann became a Broker-in-Charge in 2011 and was named Broker of the Year in 2016. In November 2016, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties acquired Century 21 All Islands Fine Homes and Estates and Cherrieann remained as a Broker-in-Charge and Assistant Branch Manager.  In 2019 Cherrieann decided to build a team called Diaz Real Estate and Associates and is now a Realtor-Broker and branched out on her own in September 2021 to open her own brokerage, Diaz Real Estate and Associates, LLC.
